How To Troubleshoot Errors While Using GraphicSchedule
If you’ve encountered errors while using the add in, please send us the log file and a screenshot showing the error(s).
The log file is stored in your AppData folder. You can access this folder by opening File Explorer and typing “C:Users[YourUsername]AppDataRoamingGraphicSchedule” in the address bar. Replace [YourUsername] with your actual username. The log file will be called “YYYY-MM-DD.log”.
