How GraphicSchedule handles your data

No telemetry or data collection: GraphicSchedule does not monitor, transmit, or collect any user content or usage data. All workbooks, schedules, and project files remain entirely on your computer.

Local log files only: Error logs are written locally to your machine for troubleshooting purposes and are never sent to us automatically. Sharing them with us is entirely voluntary, typically via email.

License activation and validation: The only outbound network activity occurs when GraphicSchedule contacts our licensing server — once during initial activation, and once daily to validate your license key. No user content is included in these requests.

Software updates: GraphicSchedule does not perform silent updates. The installer for the latest version is available for download from our Resources page. When a new version is released, we send an email announcement to our mailing list. You can choose when — or whether — to download the latest installer.
